Animalbet

Finally finished with the vowels for the Animalbet I've been working on for the past few weeks. I'm super pleased with how they've all turned out, but I'm really glad to have completed this portion of the project. Completing the rest of the alphabet is a handsome idea, so we'll see what the future holds~.
If anyone in interested in prints of the letters currently completed, please let me know! I can print a myriad of sizes, and to any amount that you'd like on print-quality paper, and then prints will be mailed out to your specifications! (How exciting!). Christmas is right around the corner, why not give a little artwork this holiday season?
If you're interested, you're welcome to send along a message to my email; magicalamazing@hotmail.com
Don't be a stranger!

Cheers!

Animalbet

Three of five!
My Animalbet project I'm currently undertaking for illustration class. I would eventually like to complete the entirety of the alphabet, but for the time being, I'm focusing on vowels. More to come!

Giraffes

Giraffes for an illustration assignment. I don't think I'll post the whole, as the two pieces of the final didn't mesh as well as I had hoped, but a bitchin' picture of Giraffes was salvaged! I'm pleased with how this came out.

Ai Weiwei

Rush job!
In-class assignment done this afternoon in a little under 3 hours. We had to make an editorial piece about the artist, Ai Weiwei. What's going on with this guy is really interesting, (to say the least), why not give it a search?

Sketches-Animalbet

Ideation pages for the upcoming Illustration Final. I'm going to be making a Children's Book of the Alphabet with animals. Due to the timeline in place, only the vowels will be completed, but the possibility of a completed Alphabet is not too far-fetched of an idea! I'd really like to see this one through.

Jersey Devil

Illustration assignment to take a horror character/frightening urban legend and translate it to a Children's Illustration! It was so fun despite the teacher's lame direction and tight deadline left to actually flesh out the final. I'm super pleased with how this came out. Plus! the story of the Jersey Devil is really cool, check it out.

Gouache, watercolour, charcoal pencil, and willow charcoal.

editl hmmm, a lot of the detail does not show as well on small screens. I may upload an external, large copy for texture goodness~.

Scootches

Sketches made while being butthurt over an illustration professor's teaching method. They didn't turn out half-bad, though.
